A gentle slope and a multitude of terraces of different sizes give this area its charm, without compromising access. The bottom of the plot is flanked by a stream.
The entrance path leads past the first building to be restored, a small stone barn. To our right, a cork oak wood; to our left, a vegetable garden, some vineyards and a large, robust water reservoir. By gravity, it irrigates all the orchards.
We continue to the left towards the bottom of the field and the stream: here the terraces are wider. A small building houses a pump for collecting water from the stream or well. This supplies water to the large reservoir.
Heading south, we find vegetable gardens, fig trees, vineyards and various fruit trees; the soil is rich. Crossing the olive grove, on our right, a little further up, a second building basks in the sun. This barn has a garage and a room with a renovated roof. Two large loquat and citrus trees grow opposite. This building has a fireplace and can be locked. Unfurnished, it's good for resting and eating. The roof feeds two rainwater recovery tanks. The installation of solar panels will make the house independent in terms of energy needs. Behind this building, you reach the cork oak wood.
