Magnificent homestead of 65,4 hectares (654,500 m2 / 161 acres) bordered by both sides with a river with water all year round. The west side is bordered by the river Alpreade and the South-East side with river Ponsul. The river Alpreade is the most accessible at this moment and has private beaches and plenty of swimming and canoeing possibilities.
The homestead has three ruins for rebuilding, a big well, a borehole and hundreds of olive trees and oak trees. Eligible for subsidies from the agricultural department for the current vegetation. More subsidies possible if you have cattle grazing the land.
The property is mostly sloping with a flat part at the top of the property where the ruins are located. Some tracks are made within the property itself (private roads) to reach the ruins, the water well and some of the tracks need to be finished in order to connect them with each other and to able to reach the rivers by car.
Access is by public dirt road with two gates placed by the neighbour to keep his cattle from walking to the other properties. Length of dirt road: 3,5 kilometers, 4×4 highly recommended.
