The tenant will be required to provide a credit check and/or a letter of reference will be required within five (5) days of an accepted promise to lease to the satisfaction of the owners.
- The tenant will be required to provide proof of insurance for his or her $2,000,000 civil liability and personal belongings before and/or at the signing of the lease.
- No pets
- Non-smoker (tobacco, vape and cannabis)
- The tenant may not sublet or assign the lease without the written consent of the landlord.
Short-term subletting in whole or in part is prohibited. The renter will provide a
$1000 deposit that will be returned to the inventory at the end of the lease.
