The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of the Antarès residence and is arranged as follows:- Bedroom with a double bed- Living room with triple bunk beds, a trundle bed in the bottom drawer, and a sofa/pull-out beds (forming a choice of 1 double bed or 2 single beds)- Super equipped kitchen- Bathroom with bath/shower- A toilet- A balcony with a limited view (see photos)This 34m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, but I advise you to stay there with a MAXIMUM of 4 if you want to keep a minimum of personal space.OTHER NOTES1. Deposit of €300 to be secured BEFORE your arrival.A deposit of €300 must be secured by credit card before your arrival, via the specialized Swikly service.The procedure is simple: you will receive an email with a link to follow, 7 days before your arrival.The amount of €300 is not debited from your card, nor even blocked. This is a simple verification that you have this amount in your bank account.Swikly takes a €6.78 service fee, which is your responsibility.
