We are planning the installation of e-parking spaces in our parking garage at Sundgauerstrasse 70-78 in Therwil, under the following conditions:

- Net rent CHF 175.00 per month
- for external tenants, the rent plus 7.7% VAT applies
- Electricity costs will be invoiced separately
