NICE TOWN HOUSE IN CASEDA

We are in one of the charming villages of the merindad of Sanguesa and from here we present a beautiful house in the center of it, in Cáseda. ~ ~ Maybe it is waiting for you to be your home or else another of its possibilities for the distribution and for everything it offers could become a beautiful charming rural house, since there are not many in this area.~ ~ This villa is inhabited by about 980 inhabitants, people who have been living here all their lives and despite the fact that some have their habitual residence in the larger cities, like Pamplona that is 40 minutes away, they keep their houses to enjoy them on the weekend, holidays and summer season.~ ~ Returning to the house, we enter through the main door at street level, where we access an equipped kitchen, connected to a living room for ten people who will enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Right in front there is a toilet and next to it a double bedroom with its window. In the hall there is a door to go down some stairs where there is the large garage with its access door from the street.~ ~ From this ground floor, we climb the stairs illuminated by the three windows that are in the corridor of this floor and we reach a room with its reading room and window, a bathroom with shower and a large kitchen equipped with its table and access to a balcony with beautiful views.~ ~ We go up to the next floor where we find a bathroom equipped with bathtub and three double bedrooms with their windows.~ ~ We arrived at the queen part of this house, its terrace with attic, to enjoy the sun, with its outdoor table and chairs for a lunch or dinner with yours and from there go to the chill-out area. ~ On summer nights you can have a few drinks, with background music, since being located in height, you have privacy, and of course, contemplate the stars and the wonderful views.~ ~ This town, has all the services; Supermarket, school, pharmacy and swimming pools so demanded in summer and variety of bars. It is fortunate to be able to disconnect in places like this, where the little ones can go out safely and enjoy the outdoors and the countryside, without forgetting the variety of excursions such as; the Foz de Lumbier, Foz de Arbayun and spend a fun day at the Artamendia Aventura Park.
