Graduated in Economics and Business Sciences, with advanced knowledge of mathematics, law, business management and marketing, I work in the real estate world independently with my own company, Arivi Trading S.L.
I am a member of the Real Estate Agent, API, registered no. 1996 and as such I can guarantee my clients security in the exercise of my activity by having a civil liability insurance of € 750,000 and being subject to a Code of Ethics, in addition to having access to constant training.
Working independently and not being due to any franchise or brand helps me to be much more flexible and adapt to market changes and customer needs. My intention in each project is to get involved as much as possible, providing excellent service and comprehensive management of the sales process.
Fundamental principles such as transparency, communication, discretion, seriousness, training and personal experience are key in my way of working, which translates into intensive and personalized work in each property.
I maintain a small portfolio of properties, between 4 and 10 to guarantee that dedication and professional work. I am not interested in having many properties in the showcase and not being able to dedicate myself to them, my idea is that there are few but they are sold soon and there is a constant rotation.
That is why my valuations, my sales strategy and marketing plan are very tight and studied, I do not speculate, I am interested in the best for my client and getting it as soon as possible, both in price and time.
